The second one is concerned with the effect of urbanization to the environments; a case study of Harare Zimbabwe. Several research projects are still waiting implementation pending the realization of research funds. SEES has engaged technical expertise willing to cooperate as volunteers in this research department of Which Professor Matsa lecturer at the Midland State University, Mr Gibson Sherema a plant and animal disease research expert working with the Zimbabwean government arm called Blayer Research and Engineer Luxmore Matikiti who is a technical expert in the mining sector currently working with the Zimbabwe Mining Development Company (ZMDC) are part of the core research team.
